one important thing is that you concentrate on every trick thats bendy. you just have to concentrate to hold you leg straight during the cross motion. furthermore i often practised the tatw or matw or tatw amatw nt motion without a ball. i just jumped through my room and tried to hold my legs as straight as possible. sounds a bit stupid but i think it really helps!
