Just imagine that every training you should repeat almost all the stuff you can do and then find the time and strength to learn smth new. It's soooo hard, after it you have no motivation for doing smth else except sleeping :down:


There is more to freestyle than lowers. If he really wanted to be the best then he would train all styles.
Higher your level of one style - harder to force yourself to train other styles, and there is no motivation for it at all.
