Help and Advice / Starting Sits?

Sup guys. I'm fairly new to freestyle. I've got the basics of freestyle down but i really find that quite boring and just wanna be a sitdown freestyler
How would i start this? What should my training schedule be? Would 1 hour a day suffice? If so, How should i train in this hour. Ie 15 mins juggling or what not. And what's the basic moves and where would i find tutorials for these once i get juggling down?
