Starting Sits?
« on: Oct 29, 2010, 05:27: PM »

Sup guys. I'm fairly new to freestyle. I've got the basics of freestyle down but i really find that quite boring and just wanna be a sitdown freestyler   How would i start this? What should my training schedule be? Would 1 hour a day suffice? If so, How should i train in this hour. Ie 15 mins juggling or what not. And what's the basic moves and where would i find tutorials for these once i get juggling down? :) thanks.. I might not of been that specific.. if you want me to add.. i will. Cheers. Daniel

1 hour a day training on sits is a lot, if you go on with that, you'll be with the top very soon. Once you get the basic tricks, it's just a matter of not taking as many touches between individual tricks and getting your style better.

A tip is to practice sitdowns in a small room or in the corner of a room, so that when you lose the ball it hits the wall instead of far away so you won't have to get up everytime. It will make your trainings more effective and you won't have to use unnecessary energy, which will make you able to practice more intensively.
