is it the bone of youre pelvis?

 I'm not a master of anatomy but I think it's the joint exactly. But sometimes the pain disappeared when I continued for a while in doing latws (or be more precise, most of it were just latw tries). wow same shit happens to me when i do latws and magellan :bang:
Yeah, I hope it'll just go away. And I can just dream about magellans. :nopity:

all this talk about joint and pelvis, what are those?

Joint is a "Ledd", and Pelvis is "Lysken". ;) And to answer the question; Freestyle is all about getting use to movements, and it might take some pain. Every one within will have pain in muscles or joints, sooner or later.
When you've practiced a move for a certain time, it becomes a natural movement for your body so you won't struggle with it any more. When trying new things, you might try something too hard (like almatw if you land alatw 1/10 times) or you try in a wrong way. And after you tried it for a while, your body will get used to it and the pain dissapears.

Damn it.....when I saw the topic title, I thought someone was having trouble with a different "joint" problem.......
But anyways, I had this problem about 2 years ago, from just playing soccer! It was very irritating, and the doc couldnt do much, I could barely walk for 2 months, then it went away after constant stretching.
Weird.

We're probably both right. It says "Buken" in the dictionary, and I guess you know where that is? :P

Hmmm, I don't know how to describe it more properly, not just because my English isn't that good, but I will try. Maybe it was the case what was August talking about, I just try too hard.
When I do Timo atw, the Reverse Crossover part isn't much natural for me, it is hurting because of this part afterall, because when I do the reverse co, it's not easy for me, I start it with right foot and do the revolution with the left one and my left leg is not the faster one.
When doing latw, I try hard too, maybe I shold train more on amatw, but like I said, sometimes the pain (now from my right hip joint) goes away, so it's fine, but the next day it's painful like the previous day, sometimes more maybe. :dontknow:

I think it's best to go see a doctor, he's the specialist.
I once had pain in my hips because I fell. I didn't rest enough and it still hurt after 1 month.
-
dont go to the docs..they just look at you for a sec say get some rest then ya get a 300$ bill in the mail...i have yet to have any seriouse pain from freestyle which i am thankfull for.....but try a nice ice bath for 40min ice cold, the cold is painfull at first but u get used to it..ur bod becomes all num but ya feel so good when ya get out try it! its pretty much torture lol but works....

Sooo, won't anything happen if I try hard despite the pain? Can I continue in Timo atw training, or shall I train with easier tricks like htw, atw, co etc?

Yes I think it will get worse if you continue trying hard at timo atw. How does it hurt? Where? Try to make your muscles or joints more flexible where it hurts. Stretching out is important.

Ok, it doesn't hurt anymore, but the pain was coming from the left hip joint (because of Timo atw) and when I trained latw, it was the right one. I just ask if it would returned.
And shall I really stretch while the warming up, or shall I just do juggles (like shin juggles), easy tricks and running in the beginning and leave the stretching when I end freestyle?

Stretch before, under and after practice. That's my advice. Stretching cannot hurt you.

This problem is what ive been delaing with for the past 3 months.. and im still dealing with that shizzle :S
im getting so fucked up in my head now, cus i wont go away.. ive had it before, and it also took like 3 months before it was gone..

Just want to add one thing about the stretching. Before and under your session you should not hold the stretch constantly, you should more like swing forward and back so you don't pull any muscles because that could happen if you hold the muscle stretched to its limit. Remember, this is before and under your training, afterwards you should hold it more stretched constant during 20-30 seconds!
