Since it's called one style - on fser, we should allow one of the team members to put akkas/grounds, because it's one of the styles as well, just not as popular as the others.

na, then the vids will get to long. the main styles are easyer to get teams about, u dont find many FSers that love akka's. but u can do akka's if ur lowers, i dont think anyone will mind

Is that ok with you Khoa? I can also do sits, then I will get some more motivation to improve in sits, but as far as I know you're better in sits then me. Just let me know what you think, I'm up for sits and lowers.
