All i can say is IF SEPP BLATTER'S 6+5 RULE IS INTRODUCED THEN ITALY, SPAIN, AND GERMANY WILL RULE ONCE MORE.
The dutch as well possibly

the funny part is, spain, with their predominantly homegrown clubs (look at barca, valencia, villareal), is still contending with epl teams and coming off about even

no spanish club actually would have fit under the 6+5 rule for the last champions league matchday

they only one who was "damn close" was atletico

these teams aren't "predominantly home grown"

barca has 4-5 players they can start who are spaniards (once puyol returns, that is)

whatever, the 6-5 rule is stupid

there should just be a quota per team of international players

either way most Prem teams (if not all) are screwed sooo badly

but it'll be better for European FOotball as now all the leagues will become much stronger

nah, not really.  there's a lot of serviceable talent in england.  with 5 foreign players, the level of play shouldn't drop too much

how?

you alienate non-eu players (i'm looking at you south america), and even if it didn't, it would only be a reapportionment of wealth.

i meant to say it'll make world football better and instead of people only looking at Italy, England, Spain ,France ,Portugal ,Germany for players and games, Latin America will create much stronger leagues because more or their talented players will stay at home
