i havnt been here that long but from wat ive seen, oli usally warns ppl, i hav only seen a ban once and it was 2day and that was for 2 days.

Does 10 warnings not indicate even the slightest wrong doing on your part i mean yeah sure ollie may have got maybe lets say 50% wrong but even so thats still 5 deserved warnings.  From what i've seen compared to other forums that i frequent the mods on here are actually quite lenient and nice so i don't really see why you are all complaining.

If members aint happy things should be changed. Obviously people aint happy here, somethin needs to be done, or sorted. Its a forum for a community, not one person.

well obviously its not only me
thats why i started this thread, its not about any 'vendetta' or ' hatred' between me and Oli
but to show that its not only me at has a problem with him, there are more who don't necessarily come out fully with it like i do

yeah as you see in the poll (so far...) there are 10 votes that support Olis (mod) actions in the forum

but if you look at the other options such as No which really mean he has made too many mistake as Mod has 9
but another option is, he Shouldn't have been (a mod) in the first place which was (without hiding anything) my choice
cause i didn't see him do anything to deserve to be a mod, yeah his active in the freestyle section cool, but thats all he did (i've seen better candidates but i'm not here to suggest replacements, if any)
at first i always thought, his the youngest mod, so you know, look past some of his short-comings
but after Borg did the same job, twice as effective and twice as efficient, he really had no reason or excuse to be so thoughtless in his actions

I am not asking for a overly lenient and lawless forum/mod squad but we must draw the line somewhere
And i'm not asking for an apology or for him to get to lose his powers (even though that would the best solution)
he needs to learn the errors of his actions and learn to better his response/reaction to different situations
