I had some troubles learning those tricks too. I just juggle, and then i count like 1,2, 3 with my good leg, and then i do it. Like 1, 2, 3, GO. and then i go down in my knees right before i do it, so i can jump and time it perfectly.

0.5 kilograms ... maybe you think it is not much, but it is pretty enough

Mate these tricks are so hard. You just gotta go for it like fully, cause theres a high risk that ya gonna land on the ball but hey... These do drain you quite a bit aswell so definitely practice straight into your session if your thinking of other stuff aswell. As you see Jak do ahmatw everytime though, its all about practice.

i do agree with oli macca but am trying it as well and i always like kick the ball away from me i get under it tho just not a clean touch to keep control of it
 :cursing:
anyway treat the 1st bit like an htw but go round as fast as possible then try get a clean touch  i think you should have it ina week
good luck  jammy
To learn to succeed, you must first learn to fail.
You can't know where you're going without good goals.
It's what you do that counts, but it's how you do it which separates you from the rest.
You can't have creativity unless you leave behind the bounded, the fixed, all the rules
