1) turn the 4th glass down - so the 3rd n da 5th glass get turned up.
2) turn the 5th glass down - so the 4th glass gets turned up and the 6th glass down.
3) now turn the last (6th) glass up - so the 5th glass gets turned up too.

voila!! all glasses are in upstanding position.  :pimp:

heres mine.

there are 3 cylinders. 1 has capacity of 10 litres, 2nd of 7 litres n 3rd of 3 litres. the 1st cylinder is completely filled with water. the others r empty. now how will u put the water upto 5 litres in the 1st n 5 litres in da 2nd cylinder. nothing extra is given n da cylinders r not graduated.

put five litres of the water in the second cylinder, so you have 5 in the first 5 in the second



do you have to fill the third one

how do u noe dat u filled 5 litres, exactly? there r no markings. yes it would be better to use the third cylinder.
