Because he is a hell of a playmaker. Same goes for Van der Vaart. When he played for Hamburg, the team was 10x better.

You will eat your words if they continue with there form in the bundesliga

No, no... I meant in the past. He had quite a few injuries with Hamburg and every time he didn't play the team was very average. When he was fit to play, they were immediately a top 3 team in the Bundesliga.

They are doing good right now but that's partially because of Martin Jol and some of the players they've brought in (Petric). You know they'd be even better if they had VdV. I think he would guarantee them a top 2 finish.

hahaha i love that saying, julio baptista is really a beast right now, his runs from the wing were incredible, thats what a new club does for u

but this brings the discussion that the big italian clubs rely on their big players. Inter need ibra, roma need Totti, milan need kaka and inzagi

That Inter v Napoli game was hectic. It was probably one of the best games I've seen this year so far. Seria A still got it.

Nice 3-0 win for Inter against Lazio today. Lazio has been pretty bad over the past month. No wins in 4-5 games.

Anyone see Zlatan's crazy flick pass to Stankovic? :saywhat:

Keepers kept busy in the first two Seria A games of the week
Napoli   3 - 0   Lecce
Bologna   5 - 2   Torino

like Fifa rhetorically ask "Who would wanna be a keeper on a day like this?"
