PES 2009 VS FIFA 09

just bought fifa 09 today on the wii, doesnt look much of a change tbh, apart from using the remote were you want the ball i would say its just like 08.

The 8v8 mii matches are fun tho

the psp and ps2 version wont have much difference between FIFA 08 because ive heard that the console cant produce any better graphics than 08 im not sure about the wii's capability though.

the pes demo is really good i loved it


if you compare the two i have to admit fifa is catching up to PES,

the faces on the PES 09 demo are incredible,

the gameplay is alright
fifa's gameplay has imprved hugly

if pes doesn't make big changes in gameplay next year Fifa should catch up

so i have made my descision based on the demo's and its PES for me

I played both this weekend. FIFA is a bit better than 08. The players move a bit quicker which makes the game a bit better, you feel in more control. Pro Evo was OK, I wasn't too impressed with it. They make the ball slow down if you hit it so that's better. Before you would hit the ball and it would roll at the same speed until it went out of bounds... quite annoying. The bad thing about Pro Evo though is the player movement. It's a bitch chopping right now. It's hard to make curling movement, it's all happen in 90 degree cuts somehow. There is some time before the game comes out though so they might fix it.
