No, he's out. I scared of Torres. The German defense is already weak. I think he'll just expose them even more. Torres' mistake this tournament has come from not dribbling enough. He's not coming deep enough for the ball. He's best when he runs at defenders and beats them. By staying high up front, he doesn't get the same chance to dribble.

Well, he wasn't just standing up front. In all Spanish matches or Torres or Villa were coming back, stealing balls and helping midfield. Whenever he got the ball and tried to dribble there were at least two, but mostly there were a lot opponents around him. He made few great shot chances for himself against Russia and I really hate when Aragones pulls him out 15-20 minutes before the end. Now when Villa is ruled out of finals he'll probably get more freedom and space, the situation will be more similar to one he is in Liverpool where he's alone striker and I can't wait for Sunday to see him rocking again and making all people who said this isn't his tournament to shut up  :rockit:

Anyways, I hope for a good final. I think it will end 2-2 with Germany winning on penalties. At least that's what I'm hoping. I don't think the Spanish midfield will be as fluent against Germany.

Spain has been consistently good for most of their games and look like the stronger team in this and me being Polish would want to see these guys win :) But with Germany you never know, i'd be content with either team winning as long as it's a good and entertaining final and they show why they are the top in Europe.

spain will finally win and the monkey of 44 years will be lifted...
they have a more creative midfield and fabregas will tear apart ballack
senna will lock down the defensive third for spain and sergio ramos will negate shwienstieger and lahm(not sure about the spelling)
villa is out but fabregas will come in and cause havoc...if guiza plays he will poach while torres sucks the slow german defense out of the middle...metzelder and mertezacker are liabilities and a full strength turkish team would have won the semifinal going away...

both teams deserve to win. spain is a better team, but id like to see germany make a comeback from the dissapointment at the world cup.
