so i managed to do the TATW perfectly but not much regular , still need more training .. and MATW is on the way .
so i got some to ask .. yesterday i felt little pain in my strong foot knee , when i was lying on my bed , i was stretching my knees and i just felt a very little pain in it , so i stopped for a day , actually i was training hard before that but now i'm worried a bit .
so what do u suggest ??
