I've been addicted to this game.  I can't find a formation that works consistently though.  Its like it works well for a few games then it sucks.  And a lot of my players are unhappy about not playing.  I can't get Van der Vaart in form.  I'm Chelsea and now I'm at the point where all my African players are playing for their country, and I didn't realize how much they are missed.  I'm 5th in the league but man u is very much clear of me by about 20 points so I don't think I can win it.  I'm still in the FA cup and Champions league though.

Any tactic suggestions?

Well actually now my team is playing very well.  Van der Vaart has scored or assisted every game.  Huntelaar only had one goal all season and he's scored in every game since I criticized his play

I watch some of them.  I have to change tactics and stuff when I'm leading or down because if I keep my offensive style against better clubs they come back and rape me after half time
