And Batr, about my lowers, I don't improve at all, I feel the same, but I have knee problems. My left knee are kinda "stucked"
I can't closly bend it more over 90 degrees. And it's really annoying, but I try my best, I do train uppers and sitdown also, but I want to be more safe on lowers right now, so I try kinda hard with them!
