Worlds fastest improver is still MP imo. Or some russian guys who we dont know of. Most of you only see a 3 rev trick and then a combo afterwards and think woah this guy is sick. I really advice you to watch oli air combos 3. There you can see sick allround lower improvement. Or go to russia, these guys can do almost everything.

You can't say someone is 'the fastest improver' there are too many variables for that, think about it lol
