it has Michael Cera from superbad and arrested development.

Duuude, I never knew that. Heart Lake is 5 minutes away from my highschool and like a 2 minute drive from my house.

That's so awesome.

Gonna watch I am Legend, well "buy" it soon anyway.

Juno was made by the same people as Superbad and that movie was class. I'm going to see Juno sometime soon.

Is The Kite Runner on the cinemas in the US? its coming out on the 21st here I think. I read the book for school when I was in your 12 at first I hated it and to be honest I hate reading unless its Crime or Politics only those genres. As I was reading the book and it was getting more and more interesting definitely one to remember, got to check it out when it drops. Already got 2 Golden Globe nominations.

Quote
I know that to include everything in the book, the film would have to have been several hours long, so I think they did their best to include things that were crucial and pivotal to the story. I thought the casting was great, the children who played Amir and Hassan were very good actors. And the guy who played Amir as an adult was great! The scenes between him and Baba were especially touching. I thought the locations they used were interesting... scenes set in Afghanistan were shot in China, and one scene that took place in Fremont, CA (the graduation scene) was actually shot on Treasure Island in San Francisco. I worked one day as an extra on "Kite Runner" and it was that day, the day they shot the graduation scene. We reported to Treasure Island in the morning, they checked everyone's wardrobe to make sure it looked like the late 80s, an then we took our places in the audience. They shot the scene over and over again until they were happy with it. It was cool to see the actors up close and also to see the book's author, who was on hand as a story consultant. I thought this book was excellent and I recommend both the book and the movie to anyone. This is a moving story about friendship, love, guilt and eventual redemption. "There is a way to be good again."

judging from that review it seems interesting and i might try and watch it. im not really a book person but i just recently bought my first book.

anyway hostel part 2 didnt seem to have much of a plot compared to the first one and gore was tamed down aswell. the main character form the first one was only in the first 10 minutes of part 2 which is a bit dissapointing. the start was really good then its gradually got worse. i was really hoping for the end to be a big bust up between authorities or a gang against the people who were organising the slaughter house maybe another rival. the ending was a pretty good twist but still not as good as the first movie it seemed rushed. a third one would hopefully regain the films popularity. the ending kinda gave me the impression that there will be another sequal. hopefully it wont be a terminator 3

the very end scene was kinda funny tbh the women survives and pays to kill the women who led the women and her friends to slovakia and she sets up a trap with those little kids, one of them steals her purse and lead her into the woods tripping over a wire then the little kids start hitting her with sticks then the women who paid to kill her chops off her head and the kids start playing football with her head hahaha i doubt you could kick a head like that as they weight around 3 stone.
