90 % is gonna be judges on lowers. RF is great at sits,not amazing at lowers,so it's allright

I want in! My all around is terrible so I'll use this for lowers I guess.

Also, if this competition is "allround" you can't judge the competitors 90% off of lowers. It'd be 33.3% each. If you want it to be a true "allround" competition. Change it to a lower beginner comp.
