even i am facing this problem
are you some kind of master or sth that you wrote that in this way? I think balshi's level is much higher than yours so
I think you didn't even master juggles, and the problems they got is that they already mastered juggles but something fucked them up
no offense!

I remembered going through two big periods like that when my left didn't obey anything I wanted it to do. The touch was all wrong (in my case my left foot tilted at an angle and I could only touch the ball with a very small area) and the ball just drops constantly. I remembered they were the periods when I'm converting one pair of shoes to another, one weather condition to another, and from long to short toe nails by cutting them (I know that sounds extremely gay, but it does happen to me) all at the same time. I think that the sudden changes (and too much of them) can cause a problem like this.

So my question for you is: Do you remember any changes that is significant (and in a short time) that has happened lately? My hypothesis is that some kind of big changes is happening causing this problem.

If you don't, can you post a video or something so that we will have some kind of visual aid to solving your problem? Sometimes that will help as well.

In any case good luck man.

what's we were doing this exercise in PE which involved us straightening are foot so that it pointed to the floor, or perhaps even further. Everytime we did this my foot would mess up and I wouldn't be able to lift my  toes when juggling so it took my a session to get back into 'shape'.

Maybe you've done something like this on a bigger scale and you're doing it more frequently than me? If so, you will have to identify what this could b

Juggle with size 3-4 football with your weak foot only ! this will help to improve ball control, technique.
Once your competent with your weak foot again go back to using a size 5.

You will see a improvment, easier manipulation of the ball.

Leha told me that his thinking on this juggling problem is that some people concentrate too much before a hard combo and the last juggling touch is always stressed - eventually your legs start juggling this way all the time

another reason - which i am aware of is - back problems, samuel from russia fell on his back and got that juggling problem

also i noticed people juggling with the laces part like fx and zegan for example - are less likely to get this problem imao
so you should try to follow Blazej's advice and learn a different way of juggling

The nitrophosphate process (also known as the Odda process) was a method for the industrial production of nitrogen fertilizers invented by Erling Johnson in the city of Odda, Norway around 1927.

khm
i also had a problem with a juggling lately
and i didn't pay attention and continued to trainings.. sometimes there were trainings better, sometimes worse

I visited a doctor and got a medical inspection two a week ago
this problem consists in that from trainings and loadings a spine was damaged, also the nerves of leg are jammed in a spine and exactly it interfered with correct juggling
actually it is a very serious problem for a health, because my spine is now vulnerable, and I do not know whether able to practice in the future yet
interestingly yet, that my spine never gave pains

I want to say, guys having such the problems - must go and check up the spine to the doctor, for your health!
