@ redsforlife:
This season Liverpool cannot be considered a top team. Most of the season they played horribly. They will be a top team again in the future but at the moment i just do not rate them highly at all, so the gap between them and the top this year has been huge.
King Kenny's first formation with 5 defenders was very boring to watch. Only when they switched to a 4-man defence did they stop their defensive playing style. It is good to see them attacking more now but for most of the season they were very boring :015:
Also, the german league has many quality players right now. Many rising young stars in dortmund and other teams. But i fear for them because traditionally they have never been able to hold on to their quality players. The german clubs always seem willing to sell their stars so this is why they will never get past the BPL or la liga level. If they change this 'selling club' philosophy then, i dunno, maybe.

I saw this tweet saying "Torres has scored. He's now valued at £85million."

Chicharito!......and giggs too. Also ashley cole had no answer to antonio valencia's wingplay. Park and van der sar were great too. The list goes on and on.
Chicharito reminds me so much of guys like raul, owen and inzaghi. He doesn't have many spectacular visible characteristics but he sure as hell knows how to score a goal! I believe he is a legend in the making :great:

Chicharito is really making a name for himself.  This guy has the ability and is down to earth.  He'll be around for many years.

Park was awesome by the way.  Gotta love the way Ferguson only plays him in key games.  The guys was brilliant!  Super quick, mobile, fit, and made all the right decisions.

Why is Valencia ahead of Nani in the picking order now?  Is Nani hurt? :017:

Who got relegated again?  I know Blackpool and West Ham did.  Was Blackburn the other one?   I can't believe Wigan and Wolves staying up. :embarrassed:
