it's obvoius that people say p-a-t-v istead of p-a-t-w, why would you say "pee ay tee double u" instead of "Palle around the world"?
Both expressions have 6 syllables, so you don't save any time when you say patw.
To save time, you can just say "pee ay tee wee" or just even "patw" like as 1 syllable.

and tbh the first one doesnt seem landed to me, maybe just bad camera though but it doesnt matter the second is perfect.

yea when i´m talking to (non freestyler) friends i also just say touzani for tatw or abbas for aatw
but when i´m talking to fser i use the "longer form"
