Start: 9.00 > 11.00 > 1 hour break > 12.00 > 14.00 > 1 hour break > 15.00 > 17.00

I'd change it to 09-12 -> 2 hour break - > 14-17
The 2 hour break should give you enough time to make some food and fill up on carbs so that you have energy for your next practice
Fx blesses himself before a patw combo, Tiernan blesses himself before a neck to sole transition.... but hey thats next generation :rolleyes:

Sure mate, that's good aswell. I'm just a little curious on how you plan to practice, what level you're at and where you are planning to practice because the weather might affect you negatively during these time periods.

Yeah the weather has been a big problem for me to train, especially living in the UK - the weather sucks. So i'll be training in my garage when its raining and im only at beginners level, i can already do the easy, simple tricks.. so im basically a beginner. :thumbsup:
