it just comes to experience (which you will get soon if you practise so much) take some breaks so now and then
and about when to make a vid: i can do latw, taatw and combos of about 5-6 tricks and still i'm not on the internet (yet) but i want to improve and maybe i'll make my first video this summer
how come u was doin sits on tfs vid was it something with ur knee u sed
