seriously bro, if you have a pain on your groin your gonna keep freestilyng to make it Stronger??? thats stupid, if you have a pain anywhere then you have to rest until that pain is gone, and THEN you can start working on strenghthening it, but if its a cramp or pulled muscle (common injurys for freestylers and footballers) then making your leg stronger wont help prevent future injurys, everyone that does sports gets cramps offten, so just rest and it will be gone soon

well, i would never play if i was hurt, and i LOVE football more than anyone you will ever talk to, but i know that if i play being hurt, i will only hurt myself more, i had to wait 5 months to get healed from my knee injury, how do you think that was for me? every day, all i could think about was getting better and playing again, but i waited, and i got healed, and thats what you should do

I had a bad injury thats why I couldn't do lowers for like 7 months, and I gave it rest and now I am slowly building up my lowers again. so just give it rest, hope you don't have to wait that long as me.

drink lots of water, and sometimes if you have pain , its best to work at it it ,(dependss) because sometimes the latic acid builds up and if u work as much as u did to get the injury it goes away, i do it after i did 1500m coz it really hurts
