is it just me who thinks that its a little weird that its legal to just start a fight like that?? ive never heard of other places where it is allowed 
There is a description about the whole ordeal on the video's description. I also did a little research on it, and it has some weird restrictions. What happened here was perfectly legal. Mutual combat ends as soon as one person hits the ground. You also aren't allowed to do serious damage to anyone. It very much seems crazy, but that's the law.
