Paint.net effects

I have been working on paint.net for the last few days and I have found this great exploding effect.  :)
Its fairly easy to make but I thought its good enough for this board  :cheers:

BTW do you have to download/install/ pay for paint.net or is it free?

paint.net is 100% free, I like it over photoshop tbh  :cheers:
