Recovering tips, how to train much with good quality

Hey all!

As you know, freestyle needs lot of practice. Human body is not a machine, and can't just train train and train. It needs also recovering, stretching and other stuff to be in good shape.

So, tell some of your tips how to train much with good quality. Do you stretch? Do you use recovering drinks or bars? Your daily training count? Etc.

my tips:

*train 30-45min. each time (many times a day,to keep it hardcore)
*do a good warmup (running,moves without ball, short (10sec) stretching
*good nutrition (meals, energy bars)
*long stretching after all daily training sessions

Get a quality recovery drink. There's some good powders out there that arent too expensive.
