FA Cup Final - Chelsea vs Liverpool
« on: Apr 29, 2012, 08:36: PM »
5th may 17:15gmt at wembley
Who's your pick?!?
For me Chelsea are the stronger team, but for sure it's difficult versing Liverpool whatever the occasion, even though they've had an average season, they can pull out the occasional result - but after Barca semifinal, i have a lot of confidence in my team!

Too many good matches at the end of this season.  What a great run in before the EURO and Olympics this summer.

I think this one will be 1-1 then penalties will decide it.

What are the projected line ups for both teams?  Any injuries and suspensions that stand out?

I think it would be the most stupid decision from UEFA to cancel all of the yellow cards. Yellow card is a punishment for a non-professional behavior. You can't motivate such behavior.

But Chelsea, I guess Chelsea has turned to be a team, which doesn't really care about any absent players. If it's their day, then they will win, if not, Terry and Ivanovic wouldn't help much. A little bit of a strange season for them, to be honest. A lot of credit to Di Matteo though.

And Bayern, well, the only team that overperformed (yes, I mean overperformed) Real Madrid this year. They don't depend much on defence, so forget about the suspended players: Gomez scores his goal anyway.

My prediction for this match is that the famous statement of Gary Lineker is going to be quite relevant...

Chelsea 2:1 Liverpool

Chelsea's season has been incredible since they got rid of AvB.

Retarded to put him that low but then again if he can get Pep or someone top notch, you gotta do it no matter how cruel it is to the current manager.
