Reason to keep yourself freestyling?

I've seen lots of threads where people say why them start, or what motivate them to train... but what keep you freestyling?? cos maybe a video or a song or whatever can inspire you for a week a month or even a year... but without all that why you haven't quit?

hope you understand! it would be interesting to read some answers :)
