well this school idea isnt new. many others have done it before but this school i actually about teaching skills. i bet its a lot of fun because they have specialist for like every trick so if they want to become good in sits they will learn with baruzdin, lowers ars and uppers turlakov or lamps.

its one session of 2 hours per week, one training when everybody can ask questions, get help and its enough imo
what are you supposed to learn? i guess those who are new in freestyle get opportunity to learn the basics at first
