Started raining like crazy so i cuddent practice lowers so i dedicated some time to sits :)

uuuu... i see some unnice comments comming, like don't do lower combos in sitdown, and that you don't go around the ball very often...
but i have to admit your speed is quite good.

lowers are for lowers and not sits, honestly i dont like how they look, but your speed is pretty good, work on going around the ball more too. if you like doing lowers in sits then just practice it on your own and dont record it, because no one will like it  :72:

Well, my friend, on a positive note, your Abdullah has quite a fast and nice style, and the sole control was quite good! Your style on the lower combo in this vid was quite controlled as well.
Although I'm not a fan of lower combos in sits, I realize that each person has his own preference of practice and what they like doing, so I won't criticize that.
However, beware of the dead trap that is sitdown revolutions man. You just have to try and learn how to go around them, not just passing through and call it crossover. Not good style bro.
