!help! improvement in lowers

well to the point i´been freestyling for many year some of you know me or not, well the thing is that i have a descent level in uppers and sits but when it comes to lower i always tray to improve, then like magic i injure myself or i have health problems or my body dont respond the way i wanted, im starting to think about putting some shit to my body injecting steroids or some crazy shit that help me in my stamina and performance. all of this because i have a tournament in April so any good advice is really welcomed

No matter how bad you may be at lowers I do not think steroids are the best idea.

people on beyondfootball also are quite clueless about steroids I think.. so this isnt the right place to get your question answerd

1. give up sits and uppers.
2. practise around 20 hours a week. of lowers.
3. practise correctly.

the point is that i always come across some internal and external roadblocks and know i want to improve to show myself that i can do it that im better and stronger then my troubles  so i will try anithing to reach that gold  :c017:

Mind over body man, just picture yourself doing the combo your trying to nail. But feel it, feel your legs moving around the ball
, feel the touch of the ball, feel the air againt your face, hear your feet hitting the ground. - make it as visual as possible
It helps a tremendous amount when you can put yourself in the combo.

steroids - make a little research about them
you don't need them - what you need is to take your head out of your ass and start practicing using this head
have you read the Leha's tutorials i translated? - can you do all those combos both feet perfectly well? have you read Ethan's post on the mental approach?
