Sole Stall Help
« on: Oct 26, 2010, 05:08: AM »
Hey..
I've been trying the sole stall and sole juggles for like 2 weeks proper now an I haven't come close!!
I practise in a corner and everything but I find that the hard thing is to just keep it on my sole, I'm not really sure how to balance it
Any tips?..Thanks

Andy!
it is one of those tricks which really do take alot of practice and then once you get it, it is so easy, and you dont even have to train it often, unlike certain tricks that require consistent training or else you do begin to struggle with them again!
It took me a while to get but after training daily it litrally just clicks and becomes simple then its just a matter of stalling it for longer once the TekNeek is down.
Try to balance the ball around the (toe area/ball of your foot), and when balancing it move from the ankle to control the ball, its hard at first cause your automatic reaction is to move the whole leg, but just try to get the hang of tilting the ankle thats all it needs, just train it everyday and you will get it soon enough.... :great:
