but i agree with you in this topic. weak 2 strong is easier but strong to weak is much more useful. wish i would have concentrated on that earlier.

I mean that possibly if you can do perfect kamatw your skills in nt by this foot won't improve.

i suck at these but you really need to pause before starting the second amatw. if you just allow your leg to swing around like your doing just a nt atw after the matw, you will never get it. you must pause and actually power your leg that is going around it in the air like you would normally do.

you cant just attack the ball with your leg you actually have to think mentally of doing an amatw

pausing is the best wayfor a split second when your leg is down at the bottom and then really do an amatw. instaad of a no touch htw  then cross.

thats how i do.
