i don't think there's really that much too it. i recommend you do it on a slick floor, because concrete can kind of hurt if you're not wearing the right pants. just try to kick it high and straight up. than push you body to spin. after that its just coming up with a good touch. its just really hard to get consistent like abdullah, but i don't think there's anything more to it. hope this helps you graeson. if it doesn't, i'll try to find something else.
