what do you mean by make my juggling look smoother? do you mean just normal juggles or all. the overall wasn't very good in this video, because i was rushed to make it and i didn't care too much to take time.  if you mean just normal juggles, i think its because i juggle with the middle of my foot and not on the toe like some people do. this makes it a little slower, but also has a surer touch i think. its also one of the reasons i picked up sitdowns quickly, because you have to use this surface for them.
