If you practice you will get it. Most likely your muscles are not strong enough to lift the ball up - practice atw latw, latw atw, htw atw all in the same rotation that you do your latw.

Just master your htw-atw transition - it`s the most important in this case.. Then do atw-latw and you will get htw-latw soon ;)
