You can't prove that he is a racist from that video theres nothing to suggest it was a racially motivated attack.  :lol:

but why should this excuse him completely?  it's very obvious that he's self aware.  this should be all on him (or someone else), not his disorder (you certainly can't blame his disorder.  down syndrome is not also known as the kicking disease.  while this may lead to him being held less accountable, you can't lump it all on the disorder itself).  it's all a question of accountability.  if it isn't his fault, whose is it?

its pretty obviouse he is sick and mentaly challenged so there is no way we can know what led him to do what he did
