The Ultimate test of Endurance
« on: Oct 11, 2008, 06:03: PM »
Has anyone heard of the documentary/film Running the Sahara? its about 3 men who ran 2 marathons a day consecutively for 111 days across the Sahara desert. The film is actually narrated by Matt Damon:

Thats cool. But have you ever wondered how much longer you could jog after 10 miles? As in pushing your body to its fullest extent
yeah, I could obviously jog more than ten miles. but you know I just had to write sumfink down
I love pushing my body to its fullest extent but running 10 miles feels like I'm dying
