It does for me,It helps my footwork and touches,And you can actually do some tricks to get through defenders in game,So Juggling helps that way,And all Pro players know tricks,So..

It has helped my touch improve greatly and ive only been freestylin for a lil over a week now and ive noticed a big difference.
