Am I doing this the correct way?
« on: Oct 09, 2013, 05:16: PM »
I've been free styling for about 4 weeks coming from a 4 year break. ( At the time I freestyled for about 1-2 hours for about a year on and off)

I've come back and now I freestyle for about one hour a day. Should I extend this? I feel like I should, I have the time.

I can perform amatw, tatw, atw, htw, with my right foot with semi-decent style/form.

However I can only perform htw and atw with my left leg with poor form, most of the time I lose control. Say out of 10 tries I manage to atw probably 4-5/10 but its nowhere near as clean as my right foot. Should I practice less with my left leg and move on or should I practice more trying to get better with both legs at something?

I can't do anything sitdown other than juggle the ball and I can't do very much with upper other than the basics. Holding on the head, neck and shoulders is all I can do. However I can't combo them as of yet, meaning I can't move it from my neck to my shoulders, head, bla bla.
My ground is just starting.

Should I work on other areas?
I really like lowers and ground moves so I spend most of my time learning and/or getting better at them.

I'd practice with weak foot equally to get atws and htws cleaner.
