with exams and work i hardly find time to practice, was just wondering how many hours a week do you guys practice and how do you fit it in?

30 minutes to an hour a day, which is about 5-6 hours per week for me  :thumbsup:

4 days a week doing 1 and a half hour lowers, 20 min uppers and 20 min sitt
