He sounds Seth Efricen. Is he allowed to do anything like smash him with a bat or would that be assault? I wonder why it all happened.

I would have just hit him with my car when the other guy got out. Better him than me. He is trying to kill me, so I'd claim in justifiable self defense. It's definitely Australia.
