To not get injured

Once seriously injured, almost always injured.  I speak from experience.  Suffering a serious injury makes you far more injury prone.  Difficult to get over. :(
you should be more encouraging :P
The nitrophosphate process (also known as the Odda process) was a method for the industrial production of nitrogen fertilizers invented by Erling Johnson in the city of Odda, Norway around 1927.

To learn to succeed, you must first learn to fail.
It's what you do that counts, but it's how you do it which separates you from the rest.
You can't have creativity unless you leave behind the bounded, the fixed, all the rules.

Tough when I've gone through so many injuries.

Here's some advice: don't come back too early from an injury.  Rehab, rehab, rehab.  Rehab until you have full strength in the injured area.  If you're not 100%, you're likely to overcompensate and injure your healthy muscles.
