hey i stoped fs last 2 mnths i use to practice once in week for 1 hr in last 2 months but now i have started again n i fs a week really well but now i m in condition that i can't even lift my leg for latw n i can't do more than 5 atw my leg r getting weak my energy is draining very fast my leg got slow n they r a little paining ........plzz help how to avoid it
