This was really good stuff.  Thanks for posting!

Big difference in work rate and motivation when it comes to those who are successful and those who are not.

As Sam said, someone should incorporate this into a freestyle video.  Would be great!

one day we are going to have too many freestyle videos with motivational speeches. so better do something huge if you wanna make such video. good luck!
