Maintaining all round level plus improving
« on: Sep 04, 2011, 04:32: AM »
Hey guys! We know that summers over and now we all have got school and stuff. So Im gonna get pretty busy from now on. Although Im trying my best to fit fs in. So conclusion is that I'll be waking up early and then freestyling at that time. Anyway on to the point: I want to know how people maintain their all round levels. Or improve them? How can you be good at all three aspects of freestyle? Uppers, lowers, sits? Do you practice all of them in one day? Or do you have different routines set out for them? And how much time do you give to each?

Secondly! If I fs one hour a day it will give me 7 hours a week. I think it is better than training 3 hours one day and being painfully sore from the last training session in the next one. I just wanna ask if 1 hour a day is okay for some good improvement in a week? Thats all. Hope to hear from you people soon. Peace

the more you practice the faster you improve. So you will improve with one hour a day but a verrrry slow improvement. Especially if you practice upper, sits and lower :victory:
forget Ronaldinho....only one deserves the -inho suffix......Jabarinho!!!!

just try to practice as much as you can, i think one of the most important things to improve is consistency :13:

Okay since one hour is pretty short( I know ), how can I maximize improvement for it? Should I train just one trick for the whole hour or something like that? And yes Im talking about only lowers.

i think if u are trying to learn a brand new trick you should spend the whole hour on it,but if ur training tricks you can already do to get better at then u would train multiple tricks within the hour....thats what i would do anyway, it mite be different for others, try different ways and find whats best for u is the most sound advice i can give u.
