Stiffness before training!
« on: Aug 25, 2011, 12:02: AM »
Slot of the times I go out to practice, I feel really stiff and so my warm up takes like 20 mins, does anyone know of any ways to stop this from happening (before going out to practice)

1 minute run followed by 30 seconds of shadow boxing and then some light stretches should leave you feeling quite pumped and loose.

-Don't break combos.
-Don't use crossovers to save combos.
-If you're a new freestyler looking to improve, check the stickys in the help and advice section.

sometimes, sounds kinda lame, but i do some yoga, it warms up and stretches out your muscles
besides that you could just do the basic short sprints and form running, would really suggest jogging a whole lot seeing as it won't really stretch out anything....just basic stretching will help to
