I practiced alatw no jump for a while in order to master it, but my first couple were just cuz I did a lot of hhtw with both feet I guess. It's practice man, does take some time at first but you'll get the hang of it :D

i learn ahmatw 2 months ago in starting i have problem with my style n first touch u {in my view} u should practice hhtaw n amatw{week foot}...n touch the ball straight up n make sure that it is not to far from u n don't jump high for first hhatw jump a very little so that u will get the speed hope it help :D
